The oversight outcome of the House of Representatives’ work during the third year of the eleventh legislative term 2021-2026 through the written and oral questions mechanism

The parliament is considered a pivotal institution in any democratic system. In addition to its legislative and evaluative functions, the parliament contributes to achieving a balance between powers and monitoring the performance of the government. This report comes to follow up and evaluate parliamentary performance and contribute to promoting the concept of an open parliament, as well as to enhance the role of civil society in monitoring the House of Representatives’ activities. This interaction between parliament and citizens enhances mutual trust and contributes to building an active and informed civil society in the public sphere.
