Voting on proposals for legislative texts is one of the powers assigned to the two chambers of parliament, according to Article 70/F.1 of the Moroccan Constitution of July 1, 2011. This competence falls within the framework of the traditional functions of members of the two chambers of parliament, which is the subject of this study.
